At maketoys.in, we want every shopping experience to be delightful. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return, exchange, or cancel your order. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations through our website will no longer be possible.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
(Wrong/Damaged items Only)
We offer return within first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.
Return/Exchange is available for selected products only—eligibility details are mentioned on each product page.
Return policies may change without prior notice, so please check the product page at the time of purchase.
If our pickup service is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to our office at:

Important Notes for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
All the Approved exchange will be completed and delivered with in 7-10 business working days.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for hygiene and quality reasons.
Products must have original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Items without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the return period specified on the product page. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy

In case of any refunds approved, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
At maketoys.in, your satisfaction is important to us. If your return request is approved:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm its eligibility.
Upon approval, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Eligible Items for Return/Refund
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
Damaged products caused by misuse, improper handling, or not following care instructions.
Products returned without complete packaging or missing accessories.
